Selection Process Timeline:

First day to submit Applications; Application process opens MONDAY 8/25

Applications are due no later than WEDNESDAY 9/17 @ midnight!

Applications/Points will be reviewed for accuracy

Fields will be selected at THSWCA Region Representative Meeting SUNDAY 9/21

Invitations/Participation Agreements will be distributed to selected teams/ coaches (at email provided in google form) by no later than FRIDAY 9/26

Teams that are not selected will be informed of their order on the waitlist no later than FRIDAY 9/26

Participation Agreements for all selected teams are due no later than FRIDAY 10/10. Teams failing to meet the deadline will be replaced by team(s) from the waitlist.
Applications are due no later than Wednesday 9/17 @ midnight!

Teams that inform THSWCA that they are unable to attend in writing ON OR PRIOR TO FRIDAY 12/19 and are not responsible for paying the agreed upon entry fee

After FRIDAY 12/19, teams that do not attend will be responsible for paying the agreed upon entry fee
