SELECTION PROCESS TIMELINE:

1. First day to submit Applications; Application process opens MONDAY 8/24
2. Applications are due no later than WEDNESDAY 9/19 @ midnight!
3. Applications/Points will be reviewed for accuracy
4. Fields will be selected at TWCA Region Representative Meeting SUNDAY 9/23
5. Invitations/Participation Agreements will be distributed to selected teams/ coaches (at email provided in google form) by no later than FRIDAY 9/28
6. Teams that are not selected will be informed of their order on the waitlist no later than FRIDAY 9/28
7. Participation Agreements for all selected teams are due no later than FRIDAY 10/9. Teams failing to meet the deadline will be replaced by team(s) from the waitlist.

Applications are due no later than Wednesday 9/19 @ midnight!

DOWNLOAD & SAVE THE APPLICATION (PDF) BEFORE & AFTER FILLING IT OUT!

1. When you save the PDF, enter your enter your team where you see “SAVE TEAM NAME HERE”
2. Individual points are based on a wrestler's results from the 2025-2026 season! Enter the point total for your wrestler’s highest category; Wrestlers can only score points from ONE category! (See example application)
3. Enter your
4. team's ENTIRE ANTICIPATED ROSTER FOR 2026-2027, even if they do not score any individual points in the above system! # of weight classes filled will be a factor in the selection process! (See example application)
5. Enter name/weight/credentials for relevant individual wrestlers NOT earning points (includes incoming freshman, out-of-state/classification transfers, etc). Although they may not count towards your point total, this information will be taken into account when comparing teams during the selection process! Points for an out-of-state/classification transfer (5A or Out-of-State transfers to 6A) do not count toward your individual points total, however a transfer within the same classification (6A transfers to another 6A) do count. (See example application)
6. Enter the point total for your team's highest category; Team can only score points from ONE category!
7. SAVE THE PDF WHEN YOU FINISH! YOU WILL UPLOAD IT WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION!
8. Click the submission link in Section 4 of the application (for some the isn't working on the pdf)
9. Fill out the google form and UPLOAD the PDF application
10. CLICK SUBMIT AND WAIT TO HEAR IF YOUR TEAM IS IN!

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

1. Participating teams will be required to provide a signed participation agreement:

3. Teams that inform THSWCA that they are unable to attend in writing ON OR PRIOR TO FRIDAY 12/18 and are not responsible for paying the agreed upon entry fee
4. After FRIDAY 12/18, teams that do not attend will be responsible for paying the agreed upon entry fee
